A mark of 135 can't be described as generous, but this isn't a great race and this sort of ground should really play to his strengths. Tea Time Fred's four-timer bid ended in disappointment but he could bounce back, while Silva Eclipse drops in grade for a trainer who won this in 2015 and 2016.

The step up to three miles looked to be the making of Getacre Street when winning at Newcastle nine days ago so it will be interesting to see how the lightly-raced seven-year-old fares back down in trip off a 7lb higher mark. Fact Flow won this off the same rating last year, but his form since has been uninspiring. Therefore, it may be best to side with LICKPENNY LARRY, who was beaten just over a length when second off this mark at Plumpton last time and could go one better now.

Chasing appears to be on the back burner for dual course-and-distance winner The Crazed Moon, who could bounce back at a venue she likes. Rubytwo was an encouraging second on her reappearance at Wetherby earlier this month and is also noted.
