Andrew Balding's colt cost 550,000gns as a foal and he is a half-brother to the Group 2-winning juvenile Alkumait, as well as three other black-type performers. Classic Order is out of a mare who scored at Listed level and he should not be underestimated. Seductive Power has a solid each-way chance, while any market support for Bailey Gate or Verdansk would have to be noted.

CRAZY LUCK did well to run on for second at York recently, despite being out of the handicap on that occasion. She is now 7lb higher than her last winning mark, but a drop in class could aid her cause, and she was just denied over this distance in a class 3 at Windsor on her penultimate outing. Lil Guff will be of interest, especially if the ground softens slightly, while Noya made an encouraging handicap debut at this course last month and further improvement should not be ruled out.

ADMIRALTY HOUSE has shown promise in maidens/novice races earlier this year, culminating in a good second at Salisbury earlier this month. He was beaten by three-quarters of a length by Grand Alliance on the all-weather in February and the aforementioned has since placed in both Listed and Group 2 company. That colt is now rated 106, so the selection could well be better than a mark of 79. Daiquiri has gone up 8lb for winning on his handicap debut but is feared most, ahead of Upton Park, who could improve for stepping up in trip.

LOVE DREAMS might be able to give weight and a beating to these rivals. Although yet to go beyond 1m1f, he stayed on powerfully to score over 1m at Windsor in April and this represents his easiest task since that assignment. Lost Gold, sporting first-time cheekpieces, drops in both trip and class and is worthy of consideration, while Wonder Starelzaam and Hotspur Harry are just a couple more with claims in a competitive-looking handicap.

After an awkward start and being slowly away, QUEEN OF COMEDY did very well to win on her handicap debut over an extended 1m at Nottingham earlier this month and a 2lb rise might not be enough to anchor her.
