This looks between Hillview and AYE AYE CHARLIE, with preference for the latter after returning to winning ways last month at Perth. That was over fences, but if showing similar form over hurdles off 5lb higher, he could prove tough to beat. Hillview has won here before and looked in good form last time when winning at Uttoxeter but might just struggle to give the selection 17lb. The veteran Ennistown looks most likely to chase them home.

Salley Gardens won well last time at Southwell and could get involved back up in trip.

Serjeant Painter could take some stopping in pursuit of his hat-trick after winning twice at Southwell last month, but it might be worth taking him on with the Neil Mulholland's CREMANT. The eight-year-old made a respectable return to chasing here last month when third and dropped 1lb in a slightly easier race, he can get back to winning ways. Of the rest, it will be interesting to see how Cardboard Gangster handles this drop in trip after winning over 3m at Perth last time.

This can go the way of ELIOS D'OR, who is somewhat unlucky not to be coming in here on a hat-trick, having been narrowly denied at Worcester last month. Conditions look ideal once more here and the eight-year-old can see off the likes of Mick Pastor, who is well-handicapped on the best of his form, and Larch Hill, who has won here twice over the last 10 months.

Similar to her stable, POP THE CHAMPAGNE has been in terrific form of late and she looks more than capable of bringing up the hat-trick, despite the calibre of opposition. One of those is Rafiki, who did well to get up late on his hurdles bow over C&D last month, while Reams Of Love did similar when breaking the maiden at the fourth attempt. A winner on the level recently, Sophosc must also enter calculations.

Call The Fairies looked to be travelling well when she came to grief three from home on her latest outing at Worcester, but preference is for the Fergal O'Brien-trained REBEL ROXY. She sports a first-time tongue-tie, which could help her build on her third-placed effort at Ludlow last November, and she showed promise in a bumper on debut, so could go well fresh. Ayr Of Elegance may not be far behind her.

QUEENS HIGHWAY showed plenty of promise when scoring over this trip at Southwell on her racecourse debut and a repeat performance could well be on the cards given she kept on to win by a length and a half on that occasion. Horizon Dove could improve from a good second at Worcester last time, while Maire's Dream should not be ruled out on her debut.
