Super Bowl Odds: Bettors Love Buccaneers After Tom Brady's Return
Since Tom Brady entered the league in 2000, he's played in exactly 10 Super Bowls. Appearing in 45 percent of the Super Bowls during a 22-year career is downright insane but that's the reality that we live in with Tom Brady.
Well, Brady is officially back and bettors are all over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers again. Over the past week, the Bucs have received the most amount of Super Bowl bets, taking up 23.66 percent of the bets over that time.

That's what the return of the greatest quarterback of all time will do for you. At age 44 last year, Tom Brady still put up insane numbers. He threw for a league-high 5,316 yards and 43 touchdowns. He finished the year with a 102.1 rating and a 68.1 QBR going 13-4 as a starter. He's playing better than guys half of his age, it's ridiculous.
For the most part, the Buccaneers are going to be able to run it back for another Super Bowl run. They re-signed Chris Godwin, Carlton Davis, Leonard Fournette, and Ryan Jensen with also being able to add Russell Gage, Shaq Mason, and Logan Ryan.

The rest of the NFC South is very much up in the air with the New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers, and Atlanta Falcons not really having answers at the quarterback position for the long term. They should sleepwalk to another division title and at that point, anything can happen in the NFC playoffs.
If Tom Brady has seven Super Bowls which is 32 percent of the seasons that he's played and the Bucs are +800 which implies an 11.11 percent chance of winning the Super Bowl then this feels like tremendous value.
Somehow, the books are giving us value on Tom Brady. Shocking.
