After the Warriors escaped with Game 1, how will Memphis respond in Game 2? Here are our picks, predictions, and odds for Tuesday's game between the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Golden State Warriors Prediction
The Golden State Warriors survived the first game of the semifinals with a 31-point performance from Jordan Poole. The Warriors needed all 31 points after winning the first game, 117-116. Earlier in that game, Draymond Green was ejected due to a controversial call that turned into a fragrant two foul. It's very likely that he'll be back for Game 2 and that no suspension will follow Green. Meanwhile, Jaren Jackson Jr. had a career night, scoring 33 points on 10-of-18 from the floor. He shot 6-of-9 from deep and also brought down 10 rebounds in 31 minutes. Ja Morant also contributed with a game-high 34 points and nearly had a triple-double with 10 assists and nine rebounds. However, the rest of the Grizzlies were a bit inconsistent. Desmond Bane had just nine points on 3-of-10 from the floor and Dillion Brooks scored just eight points on 3-of-13 from the field. That's the negative part. The positive part is that the Grizzlies only lost by one point despite two main contributors lacking production.
Place a first time wager on Grizzlies vs Warriors of up to $1,100, and if the bet loses get your money BACK The Grizzlies have been terrific defensively this season, holding teams to 109.6 points per 100 possessions while also holding teams to a 52.6% effective field goal percentage. Memphis has also forced 15% turnovers and the Warriors are known for turning the ball over at a high rate. Golden State turned the ball over 17 times but both teams ended up scoring 24 points off turnovers in this game. The Warriors, on the offensive end, are shooting a 55.3% effective field goal percentage and should end up getting really good looks throughout the series. Meanwhile, the Grizzlies are shooting a 52.8% effective field goal percentage and should end up struggling to find good shots knowing the Warriors are holding teams to a 51.3% effective field goal percentage. The Warriors shot 48.4% from the field in Game 1 while the Grizzlies shot 43.2% from the field. Those numbers should remain consistent throughout the series. The Grizzlies have a great future but the future is going to have to wait another season. The Warriors are going to win this game and eventually grab the series.
