Warriors vs. Grizzlies Game 4 Line Movement

Golden State Warriors vs. Memphis Grizzlies Game 4 Prediction

The Warriors proved just how superior they are after a 142-122 win over the Grizzlies on Saturday. The Warriors shot 63.1% from the field and knocked down 53.1% from downtown while the Grizzlies shot 43.5% from the field and hit just 37.2% from downtown.

The Grizzlies didn’t shoot all that poorly in this game. The Warriors just flat out couldn’t miss at home. In Game 4, the Warriors likely won’t shoot this well, but this team is made to shoot the basketball. They’ve got some of the best shooters that the NBA has ever seen. Nobody would be surprised if the Warriors continue to shoot this well at home.

Golden State did have a couple of hiccups in Game 3, however. The Warriors turned the ball 17 times, which is something the Warriors don’t do very often. However, the Warriors knocked down 90.5% of foul shots and scored 62 points in the paint. The Warriors were incredible against the young Grizzlies.

Memphis needed a bunch of epic comebacks to defeat the Timberwolves in the round before this one. If the Grizzlies get down by a large amount against the Warriors, it’s going to be so much harder to come back.

Ja Morant has been electric and showed off for the Grizzlies with another 30+ point game. He added 34 points on 13-of-21 from the field. However, Jaren Jackson Jr. shot just 4-13 and Kyle Anderson was ejected later in the game. The Grizzlies are a fun story. They’re a young team that will be competitive for a long period of time. But the Grizzlies couldn’t get any stops against the Warriors.

Steph Curry added 30 points on 7-of-14 from the field and Klay Thompson added 21 on 8-of-13. The two stars of the team didn’t need a whole lot of shots to score a whole lot of points. That’s when you know a team is championship caliber. Jordan Poole also added 27 points on 11-17 from the field.

With that said, I like the Warriors to win Game 4 by a large amount. The Grizzlies had their fun but the inexperience is going to get to them, especially on the road, against a team that has three championships in the era. Take the Warriors against the spread here.
