Houston hosts Cincinnati at Reliant Stadium at 1:00 PM ET on CBS. The Texans are 3-point favorites at -102 with the total sitting at 45.5.
Cincinnati arrives 1-0 after beating Tampa Bay 33-27, while Houston is trying to rebound from a 36-31 home loss to Buffalo. The injury report complicates the matchup because Collins, Jadeveon Clowney and starting guard Ed Ingram are all out for the Texans, while Burrow carries a questionable designation with a back injury despite practicing fully Friday.

Cincinnati forced four Tampa Bay fumbles and turned those extra possessions into a six-point victory. The encouraging development was the offensive line, which allowed only one sack and a 21.6% pressure rate, the lowest in the NFL during Week 1.

Houston scored 31 points against Buffalo but could not protect its lead in a 36-31 loss. David Montgomery scored three touchdowns on 23 touches, while Collins caught seven passes for 75 yards and a touchdown before suffering the hamstring injury that will keep him out Sunday.

Bengals vs. Texans Line Movement and Betting Splits
Houston opened around -2.5 and has moved to the key number of -3, while the total has dropped from approximately 47.5 to 45.5 on the current board. That movement has continued despite Cincinnati winning and Houston losing in Week 1.
The early DraftKings split was extremely notable. Houston received only 38% of spread bets but 83% of the money, giving the Texans one of the largest ticket-to-handle discrepancies on the entire Week 2 board.
Bengals vs. Texans Prediction
Cincinnati's offensive-line performance against Tampa Bay was encouraging, but Houston represents a much tougher pass-rush test. Will Anderson Jr. and Danielle Hunter can create pressure without requiring DeMeco Ryans to compromise the secondary, which is especially important against Chase and Higgins.
Burrow's back issue adds another variable. He practiced fully Friday and is expected to be available, but even a small limitation becomes relevant against edge rushers capable of forcing quarterbacks to move repeatedly within the pocket.
Houston's injury problem is concentrated on offense. Collins is the receiver Stroud trusts to win contested catches and create explosives outside, so replacing him requires a more distributed passing game through Dalton Schultz, Kayshon Boutte, Jaylin Noel and the backs.
That does not necessarily make Houston one-dimensional. Montgomery scored three times in Week 1, Woody Marks added useful rushing production and Houston can use heavier personnel to keep Cincinnati from sitting in lighter pass-defense looks.
The Texans also have room for defensive improvement after Buffalo scored 36. Houston missed opportunities for takeaways and allowed explosive plays it normally limits. Stingley, Anderson and Hunter give the defense enough elite talent to produce a much stronger second performance.
Cincinnati's Week 1 win was aided enormously by four Tampa Bay lost fumbles. That does not diminish the victory, but relying on another extreme turnover advantage is dangerous. Houston can win the down-to-down matchup without needing the same type of favorable variance.

Collins being out keeps this from being a comfortable wager, but Houston's defensive front is the strongest matchup unit on the field. The Texans have the personnel to make Burrow uncomfortable without exposing the secondary to unnecessary one-on-one coverage.
The market profile is also difficult to ignore. Houston moved onto the key number of three despite receiving a minority of tickets, while the overwhelming majority of early spread money landed on the Texans. At -102, the price remains reasonable.
