New York heads west after opening the season with a divisional win, while Los Angeles returns home looking to rebound from a rough international opener. The Rams are 6.5-point favorites with the total sitting at 47.5, setting up a matchup where Los Angeles is expected to control the game but both offenses still have high-end receiving talent.
The biggest pregame variable is Puka Nacua, who is questionable with a hip injury after missing the Rams' final two practices and is reportedly trending toward not playing. That could significantly reshape Matthew Stafford's target distribution, while Malik Nabers enters without an injury designation after a strong return from last year's major knee injury.

New York opened 2026 with a 28-20 win over Dallas behind three touchdown passes from Jaxson Dart. Nabers immediately reclaimed a major role, catching six passes for 69 yards on nine targets in his first game back from ACL and meniscus surgery. Los Angeles went in the opposite direction, falling 27-7 to San Francisco in Australia as Stafford threw for only 155 yards and the Rams managed one touchdown.
These teams have not met since Week 17 of the 2023 season, when Los Angeles escaped MetLife Stadium with a 26-25 win. Stafford threw for 317 yards in that game, while the Rams leaned heavily on Kyren Williams, who scored three rushing touchdowns.

Giants vs. Rams Same Game Parlay Breakdown
Leg 1: Davante Adams Anytime TD Scorer
Adams was one of the NFL's premier scoring threats in his first season with Los Angeles. He led the league with 14 receiving touchdowns despite missing the final three games, with 12 of those scores coming in the red zone and 11 from inside the opponent's 10-yard line.
That established red-zone connection with Stafford becomes even more important if Nacua cannot play. Nacua led the NFL with 129 receptions last season and opened 2026 with five catches for 74 yards, so removing that target volume would leave Adams as the clear veteran centerpiece of the Rams passing game. Jordan Whittington is also doubtful, further thinning the receiving corps.
The Giants also enter with uncertainty in the secondary. Paulson Adebo has been placed on injured reserve and Deonte Banks is questionable with a calf injury, creating an appealing setup for Stafford to repeatedly look toward Adams when Los Angeles gets close to the goal line.
Leg 2: Rams -6.5
Los Angeles was thoroughly outplayed in its opener, but this is a very different environment from facing San Francisco in Melbourne. The Rams return to SoFi Stadium with extra rest after playing the previous Thursday and now get a Giants team making its first road trip of the season.
The Week 1 score also should not erase what Los Angeles was a year ago. Stafford is coming off an MVP season in which he threw for 4,707 yards and 46 touchdowns, while the Rams reached the NFC Championship Game. Aaron Donald is also expected to make his return after two seasons away, giving the defense another potentially disruptive interior presence even if his workload is managed.
New York looked significantly improved against Dallas, but asking the Giants to repeat that performance on the road against a motivated Rams team is a different challenge. Los Angeles can still create separation even if Nacua sits, particularly if Adams capitalizes on the Giants' secondary injuries and Stafford rebounds from the worst parts of his Week 1 performance.
Leg 3: Malik Nabers Anytime TD Scorer
Nabers' first game back was one of the most encouraging developments of Week 1 for New York. He caught six of nine targets for 69 yards despite playing only 36 offensive snaps, showing that the Giants had no hesitation getting the ball back to their No. 1 receiver after the long knee rehabilitation.
The key for this leg is that Nabers came through the game healthy enough to avoid an injury designation entirely this week. His snap count and conditioning can continue trending upward, and nine targets on limited playing time already demonstrate how central he remains to Dart's passing game.
The game script also works with the Rams spread leg rather than against it. If Los Angeles builds the type of lead needed to cover -6.5, New York should be forced into more passing volume in the second half. That creates additional opportunities for Nabers to score even in a Giants loss.
