Super Bowl Competition Terms

1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter is Cyan Blue Odds USA Limited (trading as “ Oddschecker ”), a company registered in England and Wales, with company number 11736817 and whose registered office is at 10 York Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 7ND.

1. The competition

   1. The title of the competition (“ Competition ”) is “Subscribe to Oddschecker+ for a chance to win a trip to Superbowl LX (“ Main Prize ”)”.

   2. In addition to the Main Prize, you will also have a chance to win an iPhone 16 Pro Max (“ Second Prize ”). One prize per entrant rule applies.

   3. Eligible entrants must activate a new Oddschecker+ subscription (free trial, or paid subscription) before 13 January 2026 to be eligible to participate in the Competition.

2. How to enter

   1. The Competition will run during the Competition Window from 00:00 on Monday 20October 2025 (Eastern Time) (the " Opening Date ") to 10:00 (Eastern Time) on Tuesday 13 January 2026 (the "

      Closing Date ").

      All entries made prior to the Opening Date and after the Closing Date will not qualify for entry in the Competition.

   2. All Competition entries (sign ups to Oddschecker+) must be activated by no later than 10:00 (Eastern Time) on the Closing Date. All Competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

   3. To enter the Competition you must (i) go to the Oddschecker+ App or https://www.oddschecker.com/us/plus, (ii) submit your email address to Oddschecker and then log in or sign up to an Oddschecker account, (iii) activate an Oddschecker+ subscription (including a free trial subscription). All actions must be completed by 10:00 (Eastern Time) on the Closing Date.

   4. Entrants can subscribe to Oddschecker + via our free trial method. No purchase is necessary for this method and there is no charge to register an account for the free trial period. Alternatively, entrants can also enter the Competition by simply emailing us at promotions@oddschecker.com stating Superbowl LX Competition in the subject and providing their name, date of birth and US residential address in the email.

   5. Oddschecker will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that are lost, mislaid or delayed, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

   6. By subscribing to Oddschecker + during the Competition Window, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

   9. Subscribers who have signed up to Oddschecker+ during the Competition Window shall be automatically entered into a prize draw via their email address that is attached to their Oddschecker subscription account. A prize draw will occur on the afternoon of 13 January 2026 where one winner of the Main Prize and one winner of the Second Prize will be selected at random.

3. Eligibility

   1. The Competition is only open to residents of the United States of America aged 21 years or over,

      1. residents of New York or Florida;

      2. employees of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      3. employees of agents or suppliers of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or

      4. members of the immediate families or households of (b) and (c) above. except :

         1. residents of New York or Florida;

         2. employees of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies;

         3. employees of agents or suppliers of Oddschecker or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Competition or its administration; or

         4. members of the immediate families or households of (b) and (c) above.

   2. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Oddschecker may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition.

   3. There is a limit of one entry per person, family, household address, email address and IP address. Oddschecker reserves the right to withdraw the availability of promotions to any person or group of persons at any time.

   4. Oddschecker reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize Competition.

4. The prize

   1. The prize is a trip to Superbowl LX including travel, accommodation and tickets to the event.

   2. There will be a random prize draw which will take place on 13 January 2026 (“ Prize Draw ”) where one winner of the Main Prize and one winner of the Second Prize will be selected at random.

   3. Oddschecker reserves the right to replace either prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Oddschecker's control make it necessary to do so.

   4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

   5. Winners will be notified via their subscription email within 7 days of the Prize Draw. Winners must respond to the email within 5 days to claim the prize, otherwise Oddschecker reserves the right to select another winner at random.

5. Winners

   1. If you are the winner, our third party provider will contact you personally within 7 days of the Prize Draw using the email address that you have provided to Oddschecker as per clause 3.3(ii) (“ Notification ”).

   2. You agree that Oddschecker may include and/or announce on: (i) social media platforms, (ii) on Oddschecker’s website and/or (iv) elsewhere your first name, general location and details of any prizes that you have won and/or correct predictions that you have made.

   3. If you object to your name and location being published or would like reduced information to be published, please contact Oddschecker at promotions@oddschecker.com .

6. Claiming the prize

   1. If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 5 days from Notification to claim the prize.

      If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.

   2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

   3. Oddschecker will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 5 of days of Notification, Oddschecker reserves the right to select another winner at random.

   4. Oddschecker does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

7. Limitation of liability

   1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Oddschecker's liability for death or personal injury caused by Oddschecker's staff or partners' negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.

   2. Oddschecker cannot guarantee that the Competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that it will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition.

   3. Oddschecker does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by you as an entrant howsoever arising from participating in the Competition or from accepting any prize whether due to any error or omission by Oddschecker.

   4. Oddschecker is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to you (i) which is not reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker when you enter the Competition, or (ii) is reasonably foreseeable to you and Oddschecker on entry but is only indirectly related to you entering or participating in the Competition.

   5. You agree to reimburse Oddschecker in respect of any damages suffered by Oddschecker or any losses Oddschecker resulting from any claim made by a third party in each case in respect of any matter arising from your participation in the Competition in breach of these terms and conditions or from your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Data protection and publicity

   1. Oddschecker will only process your personal information as set out in

9. General

   1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Oddschecker may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition.

   2. Oddschecker reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

   3. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
