Fury will make his first appearance in a ring for two and a half years on June 9th.
Tyson Fury has finally confirmed an opponent for his comeback fight, ending a 31-month exile from the Squared Circle.
The 28-year old will be going up against Albanian Sefer Seferi in the Manchester Arena next month, as Fury looks to take further steps towards a return to the pinnacle of the Heavyweight scene where he once stood.
The ‘Real Heavyweight Champion’ as he proclaims himself should have little trouble in what will be a tune-up fight to better things and bookies have the Gypsy King as an overwhelming odds-on favourite.
As short as 1/500 with some bookies (implying a 99.8% chance of victory), Fury is a best price of 1/50 to get the job done, with Seferi a 25/1 shot to do the unthinkable.
Appearing at the Josh Warrington v Lee Selby fight at Elland Road on Saturday night, Fury looked in fantastic condition. Despite the potential unevenness of the match-up, there is no doubt that there will be huge interest and viewing figures for the return of the unpredictable megastar.

Oddschecker Spokesman George Elek: “Tyson Fury is back and his chosen opponent for the biggest return of 2018 is unknown Albanian Sefer Seferi. Bookies have the fight as a virtual non-contest but we know that Fury will still draw the crowds and viewing figures with his pre-fight and post-fight antics.”
