The Gypsy King returns to Las Vegas on September 14th.
Lineal Heavyweight Champion of the World Tyson Fury has been installed as the 1/33 favourite against unbeaten Swede Otto Wallin in Las Vegas.
Fury is unsurprisingly the overwhelming favourite to dispose of Wallin at the T-Mobile Arena next month, having made short work of previous opponent Tom Schwarz earlier in the year, also in Sin City.
Wallin, who has a modest CV, is as long as 11/1 to dethrone the Gypsy King, in what would be one of the biggest upsets in boxing history.
The 28-year-old challenger is the same price to beat Fury as Andy Ruiz Jr. was to overcome Anthony Joshua at Madison Square Garden back in June – and we all know how that ended.
Fury knows victory over Wallin would likely result in a lucrative rematch with WBC World Champion Deontay Wilder in early 2020, against whom he was awarded controversial draw in what was one of the all-time classic heavyweight bouts last December.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: “After a routine victory over Tom Schwarz in his last outing, many fans will be disappointed with Tyson Fury’s next opponent.
“However, with a Deontay Wilder rematch looming large, Gypsy King fans would be advised to bide their time for just a little while longer.”
