Daniel Dubois & Tommy Fury Fight Night: Odds, Venue, Undercard, Start Time

Oddschecker provide you with all the key information as Daniel Dubois and Tommy Fury return to the ring.

What is the main event?

Sporting a perfect record of 13-0 (12 KOs), 22-year-old heavyweight prospect Daniel Dubois continues his journey towards a world title shot, as he prepares to face experienced Japanese campaigner Kyotaro Fujimoto.

Dubois will be defending his WBO International heavyweight title, while the vacant WBC Silver heavyweight title is also on the line.

The formidable knockout power of Dubois has not gone unnoticed, and should he beat Fujimoto (21-1), it would see him inch closer to a mandatory shot at one of the heavyweight champions – with the belts currently held by Anthony Joshua and Deontay Wilder.

This is Dubois’ fifth fight of 2019, and this impressive level of activity has seen him move into the top 15 of all four major organisations’ rankings.

While there are undoubtedly bigger fights on the horizon in 2020, the clash against Fujimoto will no doubt serve an important purpose in Dubois’ rapid development.

What date is it?

The fight card, promoted by Hall-of-Famer Frank Warren, takes place on Saturday 21 December 2019.

What is the venue?

The action takes place at The Copper Box Arena, located in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. Lineal heavyweight champ Tyson Fury has previously fought at the same venue.

Who is fighting on the undercard?

The main person of interest on the undercard will be Tommy Fury, brother of Tyson, who rose to fame on smash ITV show Love Island.

Fury has a record of 2-0, and has already shown impressive maturity in the ring prior to jetting off.

His opponent is yet to be announced.

Elsewhere on the card, British middleweight Liam Williams (21-2-1) faces American Alantez Fox (26-1-1), while unbeaten super flyweight prospect Sunny Edwards (13-0) takes on fellow Brit Marcel Braithwaite (9-1).

British up-and-comers Lucien Reid (8-0) and James Branch (6-0) are also in action, fighting journeymen Stefan Nicolae (3-21-1) and Istvan Orsos (16-52-3) respectively.

What TV channel is it on and what time is the main event ring walk?

This bumper domestic card will be aired on BT Sport 1 in the UK, with the ring walk for Dubois v Fujimoto expected at approximately 21:00.

What are the odds?

Daniel Dubois is the heavy favourite in the main event, and is best-priced at 1/41; Fujimoto, meanwhile, is a big outsider at 25/1. You can also find odds of 1/20 for Dubois to win via knockout.

Liam Williams is also expected to win his bout against Alantez Fox, with the two fighters priced at 3/10 and 13/5 respectively.

Finally, Sunny Edwards is 1/14 to make it past Marcel Braithwaite, who finds himself the 15/2 outsider.
