The odds of Francesco Guidolin to be the next Premier League manager to leave has shortened to 13/8 after rumours emerged linking Ryan Giggs to the manager's role.
Mark Hughes started the day as favourite to be the first manager sacked following Stoke's EFL Cup defeat to Hull and a dismal start to the Premier League season
It now appears Guidolin, who has apparently already fallen out with some of the Swansea players, looks set to leave the Welsh club with Giggs poised to take over. He is the favourite for the job at 13/8. This would be Giggs' first managerial role having left Manchester United this summer, following Jose Mourinho's arrival.
Giggs is said to be eager to make it on his own in management and a club in his birth country would seem like the ideal place to start. He was previously linked with the vacant role with the Swans before Guidolin took over but now he is not involved at MAnchester United, it could be perfect timing.
