Following Arsenal's 3-1 loss to West Brom, Arsene Wenger will let supporters know about his future 'very soon'
The Arsenal manager has already decided what he will do next season and revealed in his press conference following Saturday's defeat at the Hawthorns an annoucnement is imminent.
He said: "Don't worry, I know what I will do in my future. You will soon know. Very soon. You will see. Today, I don't necessarily worry about that. I know what I do."
He also confirmed even Arsenal don't know about his decision but many supporters will be hoping he decides to bring his career with the Gunners to an end. Saturday's dismal display against West Brom saw two planes fly above the Hawthorns, one carring a 'no contract #WengerOut' sign while the other read 'in wenger we trust #respectAW'.
Arsenal's amateur show was labelled embarassing by Sky Sports pundit Jamie Redknapp who hinted that the players aren't playing for Wenger anymore. He said: "That's the type of performance that gets the manager sacked."
It is generally reported that the decision on Wenger's future is his to make and it looks as though he is close to annoucing to the world his plans for next season. Reports suggest the Frenchman could return to his homeland with roles with the national side and Monaco possibilities, as well as Paris Saint-Germain, who appear on the lookout to replace under fire boss Unai Emery.
Massimiliano Allegri is the bookmakers favourite to replace Wenger at the Emirates. The current Juventus manager will also make a decision on his future by the end of March with an exit from Italian football looking increasingly likely.
