The Spurs manager has rubbished any rumours claiming he will become the next Barcelona manager.
Pochettino responded to claims suggesting he was set to fill the vacant manager's position left by Luis Enrique at Camp Nou next season by claiming it would be 'impossible', because of his ties with La Liga side Espanyol.
The Spurs manager said: "I'm an Espanyol supporter - I think then I don't need to speak too much. It is like one day if Daniel Levy sacks me in a few years, it would be impossible to manage Arsenal."
Speculation over the potential appointment was increased after it was revealed the ex-Espanyol coach met Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu last week. But it is understood Spurs were aware of the meeting between the pair, who have been friends for years.
Speaking at his press conference on Thursday ahead of Tottenham's Premier League clash away at Burnley at the weekend, Pochettino added: "In football, it's hard to keep loyal with your heart and emotion but I believe that before being a manager or a player, you should be loyal. I'm an Espanyol fan.
"I love Espanyol and like now Tottenham for me, it would be impossible one day to move to Arsenal. It would be impossible," confirmed the Argentine.
While Juan Carlos Unzue and Ernesto Valverde are the favourites to take over from Enrique, the comments will be a huge relief for Spurs fans who are currently loving life at White Hart Lane under Pochettino.
