Phillippe Coutinho’s odds to join Barcelona were cut again this morning following rumours the Spanish heavyweights had sent officials to England in a bid to tie up a £72m+ deal for the Brazilian international.
At the start of the week, the 25-year-old was as big as 3/1 to make the move to the Camp Nou, implying a 25% probability. However, as the rumours have intensified over recent days, those odds have been slashed into as short as 11/10 (best price 6/4) meaning the chances are now 47.6% according to the bookies.
