The Red Devils thrashed West Ham in Sunday’s 4pm kick-off with their 4-0 victory enough to put them top of the table after the first round of Premier league fixtures and although it’s still very early days in the season, this hasn’t stopped punters getting carried away by their chances.

Manchester United went into the opening weekend at best odds of 4/1 to be crowned champions, however after an impressive display accompanied with money coming for the club, bookies have cut that price to just 14/5 (best odds).
Mega-money signing Romelu Lukaku got his United career off to the perfect start, scoring a brace on debut in front of his new fans. Those two goals have seen the Belgian move into favouritism to win the golden boot, ahead of last season’s winner Harry Kane. Since his double, Lukaku has accounted for 45% of bets in the golden boot market, with England and Spurs striker Kane the second most popular pick with 12% of bets.
