Ireland have drawn Denmark in the World Cup play-offs, while Northern Ireland will face Switzerland.
James McClean's winner against Wales to secure a play-off place in Group D has earned the Republic of Ireland a two legged shootout with Denmark for a place at the World Cup in Russia in June.
Martin O'Neill's men will face the Danes in the first leg of their World Cup play-off tie between 9 and 11 November, with the second leg between 12-14 November.
The Republic are currently 250/1 to win the World Cup itself, while Denmark are 150/1. That draw represents a one of the better possible scenarios for the Irish, avoiding both Italy and the Croatia who are 20/1 and 50/1 respectively.
Elsewhere, Northern Ireland also got a favourable draw, facing Switzerland for their chance to make the main World Cup draw. Michael O'Neill's team are 750/1 to win the tournament outright, while Switzerland have a more realistic chance at 80/1, should they make it to Russia.
