45% of bets go on the Spanish side as they draw Lokomotiv Moscow in the last 16
The Europa League has been dominated by Spanish sides in recent years and it looks like another Spanish team is the one to beat as Atletico Madrid get a tie against Lokomotiv Moscow in the last 16.
Already 4/1 favourites before the draw, they have come in even more after a favourable pairing, with Diego Simeone’s side now a best price of 7/2.
45% of bets placed since the draw have gone on Atleti, with punters quick to back the Jolly. It’s not the same story for Arsenal however.
The Gunners have a tough test against AC Milan, with a trip to the San Siro never easy. It will however evoke memories of 2008, when Cesc Fabregas and Emmanuel Adebayor scored to make Arsenal the first team to beat I Rossoneri in their own backyard.
Arsene Wenger’s side are 6/1 to win a trophy they have never claimed before, with Borussia Dortmund breathing down their necks at 9/1, as they are drawn against Red Bull Salzburg.

Oddschecker Spokesman George Elek: “Atletico Madrid have been favourites ever since they dropped down to the Europa League and this has been strengthened after a favourable draw. Arsenal meanwhile have the unenviable task of going to the San Siro to take on AC Milan. But having won there before, they will still have hope of progressing deep into the competition."
The Europa League Draw has taken place - hot favourites Atletico Madrid will entertain Lokomotiv Moscow, whilst Arsenal head to the San Siro. Who do you think wins now? #EuropaLeague
