It's been a remarkable season for the Clarets and punters think they can end it in style.
Sean Dyche’s Burnley are being overwhelmingly backed to finish in sixth place, following a remarkable season for the Turf Moor team.
Only sitting five points behind languishing Arsenal, the Clarets are the punters’ most popular pick for who will finish in the top six.
The Clarets are currently 20/1 for a remarkable Premier League finish in the top six, but that big price has not put off punters.
Spurs and Liverpool are nailed on at 1/80, followed by Arsenal who are as short as 1/33. Leicester round off the betting at 40/1.
But, it’s Burnley that have accumulated 68% of all bets on the market, far more than Leicester or the Gunners.
The Turf Moor outfit managed another win at the weekend, picking up three points on their travels against doomed West Brom.
Oddschecker spokesperson George Elek: “This could be a case of 'be careful what you wish for' for Burnley fans.
“Whilst a European adventure would undoubtedly be huge achievement for the club, it will be interesting to see how they are priced up for relegation next term with the added fixtures the Europe League brings.”
