Gerrard has been confirmed as the new Gers manager and money has come in for a potential trophy haul.
Steven Gerrard has finally confirmed his new role as Rangers boss and the former Liverpool captain received a hero’s welcome at Ibrox.

Thousands were in attendance to welcome Gerrard to the club, where he will assume First-Team duties from June 1st.
One bookie already has odds on a potential trophy-winning campaign in Gerrard’s maiden managerial year and money has come in on the prospect.
The Gers are going for 55 league titles and they are currently 12/1 to make that a reality next year and stop Celtic achieving 10 in a row.
Gerrard is 6/4 to win any trophy next season, and 1/2 to end the campaign without any silverware, the fate which befell Pedro Caixinha and Graeme Murty this time around.
The most money however has gone on the prospect of a history-making double. Rangers are 50/1 best price to lift both cups and 40% of bets in the trophy market have gone on this, with some Glasgow-based punters from the blue side of the city possibly dreaming of what is to come!
