Transfer Talk: Which players are on the move?

Another week and more transfer talk as the window is drawing ever nearer. Will Mourinho get his man?

PAUL POGBA

Speculation remains as to whether or not World Cup winner Paul Pogba will still be with Manchester United before the window slams shut. It appears that bookmakers are unsure between them whether or not the Frenchmen will move on after just one season back at Old Trafford.

Sky Bet have Pogba’s club after the summer transfer window as Barcelona at 7-1, whilst Paddy Power have gone as short as 7-2. This one looks set for a deadline day fiasco.

THIBAUT COURTOIS

Another transfer which looks likely to go down to the wire is Chelsea’s number one to Real Madrid. This isn’t the first time the Belgian goalkeeper has been linked with a move to Madrid, as he has previously expressed his desire to move closer to his two children, who live in the Spanish capital.

However, this time looks more likely. He’s best priced at 8-13 with Sky Bet to move to Real Madrid, and as short as 1-3 with William Hill. Worrying times for Chelsea if so.

EDEN HAZARD

Another star player in the Chelsea ranks rumoured to also be joining Real Madrid seems to be a deal unlikely to happen now. Chelsea’s main man is as short as 1-5 to stay in London, as it appears they have managed to price out Real Madrid, who are still searching to replace Ronaldo.

The midfielder is 10-3 to leave for the La Liga side, which however, may shorten if Courtois is to join. The deal isn’t completely dead just yet.

AARON RAMSEY

With potential players set to leave Chelsea, Sarri has expressed his desire to bring in Arsenal’s midfielder Aaron Ramsey. The deal would come as a surprise, but Ramsey has just one year left on his contract and may find himself down the pecking order with Emery bringing in new midfielders as he looks to re-build his squad.

The Welshman is priced at 5-2 to join Chelsea with Unibet, and this is one that could well materialise late in the window if the 27-year-old does not put pen to paper on a new deal with the Gunners.

HARRY MAGUIRE

Last but certainly not least, is the on-going saga as to whether England’s heroic centre back will make the step up from Leicester to Manchester United. We already know Mourinho is a huge admirer of the 25-year-old and how desperate he is to bring in new signings.

He is currently best priced at 11-8 to find himself at Old Trafford before the window shuts. However, Leicester don’t need to sell him and proved very stubborn with Man City over Riyad Mahrez. Maguire is 4-7 to remain with the Foxes.
