REVEALED - Norwich and Sheffield United's odds for Premier League relegation and survival

REVEALED - Norwich and Sheffield United's odds for Premier League relegation and survival

Both had promotion confirmed over the weekend and will be looking to avoid Fulham's fate.

Norwich and Sheffield United have been promoted to the Premier League, but while the Canaries are evens to come straight back down, the Blades are odds-on at 4/6.

Both have deservedly gone up over more-fancied rivals and they'll now turn their attention to surviving in the top flight, something that both teams didn’t do on their last appearances in 2016 and 2007 respectively.

This season, Fulham have come straight back down and Cardiff look all but set to join them. The season before that saw all three promoted teams stay up, which will give Canaries and Blades fans some belief heading into next August.

If you want to back both teams to survive, then Norwich are 8/11 to do so, while United are 11/10 to make it back-to-back seasons in the top flight for the first time since 1992-94.

Oddschecker spokesman George Elek: “Both Daniel Farke and Chris Wilder will be experiencing their first taste of the top flight and with the full backing of both board and fan base, they should give it a real in their quest to stay up.

Norwich are a shade more likely to stay up according to the bookies but it’s hard to firmly back either side either way at this stage.”
