Tottenham are looking to bolster their ranks after a year without signing a player.
Spurs are just 8/13 in places to sign Ryan Sessegnon from relegated Fulham this summer, with a best price of 4/7 available.
The 18-year-old has been a mainstay of the West London side for the last two seasons and has made 30 appearances for the Whites this campaign.
The England Under-21 international is being quoted to have a price tag of £35m, which would make Sessegnon the most expensive English teenager in football, ahead of Luke Shaw, who was signed by Manchester United for £31m.
United are the 7/1 second favourites to sign Sessegnon, with PSG completing the top three at 12/1.
67% of bets in the last 48 hours have gone on Spurs capturing his signature, as rumours of this potential transfer continue to gather momentum.
Oddschecker spokesperson George Elek: “He might not have made the impact that some expected in his debut Premier League season, but Sessegnon is still hot property and would be a fine addition to Spurs’ ranks.
They struck gold when signing Dele Alli as a teenager and could well feel that lightning could strike twice.”
