Marco Silva was the red-hot favourite until the Bayern Munich hammering.
Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino is the new clear favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave, following Spurs’ 7-2 humiliation last night.
Pochettino has been cut from 9/1 before the game yesterday, into 7/2, overtaking Marco Silva, Steve Bruce and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in just one day.
That’s due to a whopping 76% of all bets in the market, over the last 24 hours, backing the North London manager to be the next out the door.
Elsewhere, Marco Silva has slipped to the second favourite at 4/1, followed by Steve Bruce (8/1) and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (8/1).
Quique Sanchez Flores follows next at 14/1, with Dean Smith (20/1), Nuno Espirito Santo (20/1) and Ralph Hassenhuttl (25/1) following suit next.
Spurs’ odds to win the Champions League have drifted from 22/1 out to 50/1, although are still odds on (2/7) to qualify after a draw and loss in their opening two games.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: “With rumours swirling of dressing-room dust-ups at Spurs, an almighty battering at the hands of Bayern will do little to quell this talk.
“Mauricio Pochettino is cutting an increasingly forlorn figure on the sidelines - and if this obvious discontent behind the scenes continues - it's only a matter of time before the Argentine shows himself the door."
