Bookmakers have slashed odds from 14/1 into 4/1
Bookmakers have decisively cut odds on Jadon Sancho joining Liverpool this January transfer window, with the Reds now penned as clear favourites.
In fact, bookies have cut odds all the way in from 14/1 into as short as 3/1, resulting in Jürgen Klopp’s side leapfrogging former favourites Manchester United at the top of the market.
The best price of 4/1 is available with one firm offering odds on the move.
That’s due to the stream of bets placed on it happening, with a whopping 91% of bets on Sancho’s next club being placed on Liverpool.
Elsewhere, Manchester United have drifted out to 8/1 second-favourites, with Chelsea chiming in as joint-third favourites at 20/1.
Man City and PSG are the same price (20/1), followed by Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich (25/1) and Barcelona (25/1).
Leading football stats providers WhoScored.com revealed that Sancho has completed more dribbles (142) than any other Bundesliga player since the start of the 2018/19 season
