This morning’s reports in several outlets suggest Spurs Chairman Daniel Levy would be open to selling the club’s star player should his asking price be met.

Manchester United have often been rumoured to be interested in the Englishman and they’re now being linked with a world-record move for the player, with a reported fee of £200 million being touted.

The 26-year-old has been out since January with a hamstring injury but has been speaking to fans on social media recently, saying he wouldn’t stay at the club ‘for the sake of it’, should they not win trophies.

Real Madrid were the previous favourites to sign Kane, but the Spanish club have now drifted from 9/2 out to 13/2.

While there is uncertainty surrounding the timing of the transfer window, with the sport currently suspended in the UK, the understanding is that the summer window will still take place in some form.

Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: “While there isn’t much news in football at the moment, there are still some potentially massive transfer sagas waiting to happen.

“This would certainly top the list, with the implied probability of Harry Kane moving to Man Utd leaping from around 15% up to 40% according to the odds.”
