German football is back in action
Samstag Fußball bin ich zurück! That’s right, Saturday football is back.
German officials today announced the resumption of the Bundesliga next Saturday (March 16th), and bookies have been quick to price up the games.
A total of six (!) games are scheduled for the 3:30 pm slot next Saturday, with Borussia Dortmund (4/11) taking on Schalke (13/2) with the draw available at 4/1.
Elsewhere third-placed RB Leipzig (2/5) go head-to-head with FC Freiburg (2/5), with bookies pricing the draw at 19/5.
Other ties include 1899 Hoffenheim (4/5) taking on Hertha Berlin (3/1), Ausburg (19/10) facing Wolfsburg (13/10) and Fortuna Dusseldorf (21/20) playing Paderborn (23/10).
On Sunday, Bayern Munich (3/10) travel to Union Berlin (15/2) whilst FC Koln (1/1) host Mainz (23/10).
And the games don’t stop there. Monday sees Werder Bremen sizable 12/5 underdogs at home to even money Bayer Leverkusen (1/1).
