The English starlet bagged a hat-trick at the weekend...
Odds have been cut yet again on Jadon Sancho signing for Manchester United during the summer transfer window, with all major bookies now making the move odds-on.
Last month, the switch was priced at 11/10. At the time of writing (June 1st), odds have been shortened all the way into as short as 8/15.
That’s due to Manchester United dominating the market from a punters’ perspective, accruing 71% of all bets placed in the market.
If it isn’t going to be Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, it certainly looks like it’s going to be a Premier League one, with English teams taking up the three top spots.
Former favourites Chelsea have slipped down to second favourite, drifting from 2/1 all the way out to 5/1.
David Ornstein’s reporting that Liverpool are interested in the forward sees them sitting in third favourite, currently available at 15/2.
Serie A giants Juventus are next in the list at 13/1, followed by Barcelona at 14/1. Spurs follow next in the market at 16/1, then comes Bayern Munich (20/1), Arsenal (20/1) and Real Madrid (20/1).
Leading football stats providers, WhoScored.com, revealed that Sancho has earned more perfect 10 ratings (3) than any other Bundesliga player since the start of 2017/18.
The English international has also had a direct hand in more goals (33 -- 17 goals, 16 assists) than any other Bundesliga player this season.
Only Thomas Muller (18) has registered more assists than Sancho (16) in Europe's top five leagues this season
He has one of four players to register double figures for both goals and assists, in the company of Lionel Messi, Allasandre Plea and Serge Gnabry.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: “It's looking increasingly unlikely that Borussia Dortmund will be able to keep Jadon Sancho next season, which has lead to a frenzy of activity in the betting market.
"The England international is already one of the Bundesliga's very finest players, and it seems like only a matter of time before a big-money return to the Premier League is confirmed."
