Kevin De Bruyne’s imperious performances since the Premier League resumed have seen him surge into a strong favourite to be crowned PFA Player of the Year.
Bookmakers have unanimously cut odds on the midfielder from 2/1 last month into 5/6 at the time of writing.
That means he’s nudged Liverpool talisman Jordan Henderson out of the top spot on the Oddschecker grids, now drifting out to 10/3 second-favourite.
The bookies’ shortlist is almost entirely made up of Liverpool players, with the star of the first half of the season, Sadio Mane, now 9/2 third-favourite.
Last year’s unanimous winner, Virgil van Dijk, is 11/1 to retain his crown as best individual Premier League player.
Trent Alexander-Arnold is a touch longer at 12/1, then comes Mo Salah (18/1) and Fabinho (50/1).

Looking dead set for Top Goalscorer, Jamie Vardy is a longer price at 66/1, followed by Raheem Sterling (80/1) and Roberto Firmino (100/1).
Leading football stats site, WhoScored.com, revealed that favourite Kevin De Bruyne has a whopping 29 direct goal contributions from just 29 starts.
