Everton have been installed as the new clear favourites to sign out of favour Manchester United midfielder Jesse Lingard.
Bookmakers have cut odds on the Toffees securing Lingard’s services for the upcoming from 6/1 into 3/1.
Punters have been backing the move in the last 24 hours, with 62% of all bets in that time frame backing Goodison Park to be Lingard’s next destination.
That means Everton have overtaken previous favourites Leicester as favourites, with the foxes slipping to 9/2 joint second-favourites with Tottenham.
It certainly looks like a move within the Premier League is on the cards, with West Ham (5/1) following next, then comes promotion hopefuls Fulham at 9/1.
