The Spaniard could be offloaded by Arsenal as they look to fund their summer signings.
Bookmakers have installed Paris Saint-Germain as odds-on favourites to sign Hector Bellerin, priced at 4/9.
The French champions have reportedly entered talks with Arsenal regarding the full-back, with a fee of around £30million quoted in the press.
Bellerin still has three years left on his contract at Arsenal, but it appears the Gunners would part with him for the right price. The 25-year-old, who made only 15 league appearances last season, has been plagued by injuries and has plenty of competition in his position.
Arsenal have been busy in the transfer window already, signing Gabriel Magalhaes and Willian as well as sealing permanent deals for Cedric Soares and Pablo Mari. They’re still heavily linked to Thomas Partey and Houssem Aouar, but would surely need to free up funds to make further signings this window.

PSG are way out in front in the market to sign Bellerin, but he’s been linked with a few of Europe’s biggest clubs. Champions League winners Bayern Munich are 6/1, with boyhood club Barcelona the same price.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: “Thomas Meunier joining Borussia Dortmund has left PSG light at right-back and the fee for Bellerin is hardly likely to be an issue for them.
“The rumours of Maitland-Niles leaving Arsenal have gone quiet and with several defensive signings coming in, it certainly looks like Bellerin’s departure could be imminent.”
