Declan Rice is Chelsea’s most likely signing, according to the odds
The speculation around Declan Rice to Chelsea won’t go away and the bookmakers make him a 3/1 chance to move this transfer window. Chelsea were linked with a move to bring back Rice to the club in the summer but no offer was made. However, rumours are circulating that Lampard is eyeing up a potential move this month. West Ham value their star man at around £85 million, so Frank will need to ask Roman Abramovich to dig even deeper into his pockets to fund another big money move.
Chelsea Transfer Rumours: Who else is on their radar?
Barring Rice, it appears Chelsea will not be making any other moves. Paul Pogba is priced at 16/1 but that seems unlikely. Tyrone Mings is a 50/1 shot but the England international is settled at Aston Villa.
