Wolves Transfer News: Who is Nuno most likely to sign?

Oddschecker bring you the latest Wolverhampton Wanderers transfer news, rumours and gossip. Who will be moving to Molineux in this window?

It’s been a tricky season for Wolves, who sit firmly in the bottom half of the table following a poor run of form, and the injury to Raul Jimenez will likely see manager Nuno take to the transfer market.

While January can be a tricky time to buy, the Black Country club have the resources to strengthen their squad.

Diego Costa is Wolves' most likely January signing

In what would be a sensational swoop, Atletico Madrid’s Diego Costa is 10/11 to join Wolves this January, though some firms have him priced as long as 6/5.

The former-Chelsea man is a proven Premier League striker, and with their main man Jimenez’s injury likely to keep him on the sidelines for an extended period, another goalscorer will be high on the club’s wish list.

Wolves Transfer Rumours: Who else is on their radar?

Away from Diego Costa, it’s looking unlikely Wolves will be particularly busy this January.

Christian Eriksen is being touted for a return to the Premier League, with Wolves out at 18/1 to sign the Dane, with Tottenham 6/4 favourites to re-sign the midfield maestro.

It also appears that Marko Arnautovic is on many clubs’ radar, including Wolves, who are 20/1 third-favourites to snag the former-West Ham man.

Costa would be an excellent signing for Nuno, but elsewhere, don’t expect to see too much.
