The Spaniard has had plenty of links to Celtic Park in recent weeks, but his odds have drifted slightly since the news of Lampard’s dismissal.
He’s the second most backed manager in the market in the last 24 hours, with 28% of bets being placed on him.
Reports suggest no official contact has been made with Benitez but he’s still the most likely replacement at this point according to the odds.
