Martin Odegaard to Arsenal: Can he guide the Gunners into the top 4?

Arsenal have completed the loan signing of Norwegian wonder-kid Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid.

This is Odegaard’s fourth loan spell since joining the Spanish giants six years ago at the tender age of 16. Now 21, Arsenal fans will be hoping he makes a similar impact to their midfield as he did during his most recent loan spell at Real Sociedad. Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal have seemed to have turned a corner in the Premier league, having won five and drawn one of their previous six games.

Odegaard’s arrival could seriously boost their chances of finishing in the top four – an outcome that looked unthinkable a number of weeks ago.
