Eintracht Frankfurt (28/1), Real Betis (33/1) and Marseille follow next, rounding off the group of teams shorter than 50/1.
Despite reaching the last 16 in the previous season’s campaign, Rangers are 66/1 to win the Europa League, followed by Celtic at 66/1.
At the bottom of the market, Rapid Vienna (125/1) and Antwerp (150/1) are the least likely in the betting, according to the bookies.
Oddschecker spokesperson Callum Wilson: "The Europa League market is fascinating this year, with perhaps the most eye-catching thing being West Ham sitting as third-favourites to win a major European trophy.
"David Moyes' men have started their Premier League campaign off nicely, and Hammers fans would like nothing more than a prolonged European adventure alongside it.”
