Chelsea and Newcastle are the shortest priced next destinations for Lucas Digne, after Everton boss Rafa Benitez confirmed that the French defender has asked to leave the club.
The 28-year-old, who has made 125 appearances in all competitions for the Toffees since joining in August 2018, is now a short 2/1 to join Newcastle's Saudi-powered survival bid, and a slightly longer 11/4 to sign for Champions League holders Chelsea.
In December's WhoScored club-by-club analysis of likeliest January transfers, we highlighted that only Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold has supplied more accurate crosses than Digne since his arrival in the Premier League.

Chelsea have since confirmed that Ben Chilwell, the team's first choice left wing-back, will miss the entire season with an anterior cruciate ligament injury, leaving them light on competition for Spaniard Marcos Alonso.
Newcastle obviously hold the financial power to attract Digne, but it has been suggested that a move to the relegation-threatened Magpies is not in his plans.
