The ex-Everton and Liverpool manager has also been named as a potential replacement to Brendan Rodgers. He was most recently sacked as Everton manager after less then half a season. He has previously won the Champions League and FA Cup with Liverpool, but has struggled in other roles.

The Norwegian Manchester United legend and former manager completes the names in the hat. While he was unable to win a single trophy as United manager. Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer did guide Manchester United to successive top 4 finishes, something which Rodgers has been unable to guide Leicester to.
