Neymar is the latest player to be linked with a move away from Paris Saint Germain, following Lionel Messi’s departure from the club to join Inter Miami in the MLS.

Manchester United Odds To Sign Neymar
Manchester United are the current favourites to sign the Brazilian and can be found as short as 5/2 (best price of 8/1). With Manchester United looking to be sold to another wealthy owner, a big name signing might be on the cards, and the Brazilian winger might be one to watch.
Manchester United playing in the Champions League might be a factor in a potential move for Neymar, as he would likely want to feature in Europe’s elite competition for the foreseeable future.

Whilst Pulisic and Hudson-Odoi might be on their way out of the club permanently, it wouldn’t make sense for them to move for Neymar anyway given the ample options for new manager Mauricio Pochettino, who did work with Neymar at PSG.
That lack of sense and planning has been the case with many of their signings this season, and it could be another nonsensical signing for the Blues to add to their tally.

How likely is a return to the Nou Camp for a second spell? Neymar joined Barca from Santos back in 2013 on a five year deal and played some of the best football of his career. In Catalonia, he won the Copa del Rey three times, La Liga twice and the UEFA Champions League once in 2015.
He was the inspiration for the famous “Remontada”, scoring twice and assisting the match-winner for Sergi Roberto before being named man of the match. He has been linked with a return to Barcelona for a few years now, with a current best price of 16/1 being available for his return (as short as 5/1).
Current manager Xavi has ruled out a return for the Brazilian, saying that “I really like Ney as a friend, but we have different priorities”. This is not the first time he has wanted to return to Spain, which was the case after just two seasons at PSG, where he is currently in the shadow of Kylian Mbappe.
Man City Odds To Sign Neymar
Manchester City, who stand on the brink of completing the treble by winning their first Champions League title against Inter Milan, are also linked with Neymar despite being wide outsiders at a best price of 25/1 (as short as 11/1 with one bookmaker).
Pep Guardiola has put a lot of faith in Jack Grealish this season, which has been repaid in a vast improvement in performance levels after his first season since joining from Aston Villa for £100m.
Signing Neymar would certainly mean an increase in competition, but having two quality players in one position might be difficult to manage in future, and City might feel like those funds could be better spent elsewhere.
