Spurs have appointed former Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou to take over from Antonio Conte but with no European football and the chance of winning the Premier League slim for the Lilywhites, Harry Kane may look for a new club this season.
Tottenham are still the favorites to keep Kane at 5/6 but with formal bids being placed by Bayern Munich (15/8) it seems that Spurs are willing to listen to bids for their star forward.
With the departure of Messi, PSG are looking for a forward that can help them compete in the Champions League. PSG have dramatically shortened in the market with the Parisians currently a best price of 12/1 but are as short as 7/2 with one bookmaker.
