Salah AFCON Golden Boot Odds
As previously mentioned, Salah is top of the Golden Boot market at a best price of 15/2. The Liverpool forward has been in fine form this season, scoring 14 goals in the Premier League.
Egypt reached the final in the last edition of AFCON and find themselves in Group B this year (10/11 to win the group). The Pharaohs will play Ghana, Cape Verde and Mozambique during the group stage and will be looking to progress to the final again.
How many games will Salah miss during AFCON?
The AFCON final is set to take place on the 11th of February. Depending on how far Egypt progress, Salah could miss four Premier League matches and four further fixtures in the FA Cup and EFL Cup.
Salah will miss Bournemouth, Chelsea, Arsenal and Burnley in the Premier League if the Pharaohs make it to the final. Whilst many Liverpool fans will be hoping he does win AFCON, they will not be disappointed by an early Egypt exit either, with the Reds in the hunt for a possible quadruple.
