When does the window close?
The summer transfer window closes on Friday August 30th at 11pm in England and Scotland.
This sees the window close before Game week three, a revisal of the previous year's window which closed just before Game week four.
This year's change was put in place after discussions by clubs to ensure less disruption to the Premier League season.
Five of the most likely deals
Aaron Ramsdale
As David Raya made the goalkeeping spot his own at Arsenal, Aaron Ramsdale was pushed aside and now it looks like he will be pushed out the door.
Bet365 are a best priced 7/2 for the English keeper to stay at the club with Wolves and Southampton competing for his signature.
Wolves are the bookmakers favourites with both Sky Bet and bet365 offering evens on Ramsdale to join them.
Jarrad Branthwaite
An early season target for Manchester United, it now seems that Jarrad Branthwaite might be on his away across the Mersey to rivals Liverpool.
After having two bids rejected by Everton, Manchester United subsequently signed centre back Matthijs de Ligt, and so it is now Liverpool who have emerged as frontrunners.
Indeed, they are odds on with both Ladbrokes (4/6) and Skybet (10/11) whilst they are a best priced 2/1 with bet365 to get the deal done before Friday's deadline.
Nico Williams
After Spain's triumph in the Euro's, one of Spain's biggest clubs, Barcelona, has made a logical attempt to sign some of its leading stars.
They have already secured the signing of Dani Olmo from RB Leipzig for €55 million and now look to bring in Nico Williams from Athletic Bilbao.
Williams himself opened the scoring in the final against England and is well fancied to sign for the Catalan Club, being priced up at 1/2 on SkyBet to do so.
Marc Guehi
A saga that has been dragging on for weeks is that of Crystal Palace centre back Marc Guehi. The England International impressed for the Three Lions during the Euro's this summer and has been the subject of persistent interest from Newcastle.
The Eagles have rejected four bids for Guehi as they have held firm on their £65 million valuation of the player, but it now seems that a deal is likely.
Indeed, SkyBet have priced up the deal to take place at 1/3, with the defender also an outside 3/1 shot to join league rivals Liverpool.
Either way, it seems that Guehi is on his way out of Selhurst Park.
Victor Osimhen
Chelsea and Napoli have been in ongoing negotiations for weeks now over both Romelu Lukaku and Victor Osimhen.
Initially, a swap deal seemed likely but that soon collapsed with Napoli since agreeing a £30 million fee with Chelsea for the Belgian striker.
It has been assumed that Chelsea would pursue a separate deal for Osimhen but there have been rumours that a deal is under threat due to the player's wage demands.
The Nigerian striker scored fifteen goals in Serie A last term in only twenty five appearances. He is evens with bet365 to join the London club before close on Friday but is as big as 11/8 with Betfair and Paddypower.
Interestingly, he is a best priced 5/2 to join PSG with bet365 but is an odds on 4/6 to join the Paris club with Betfair and Paddy Power themselves.
