St Johnstone are searching for a new manager to replace Craig Levein.
After four defeats from their opening five matches in the Scottish Premiership, St Johnstone sacked manager Craig Levein on Tuesday after just 10 months in the role.
Last November, with the club three points adrift at the bottom of the table, the Saints turned to Levein in a bid to secure survival before the end of the season, and the 59-year-old did just that.
St Johnstone eventually finished 10th in the Scottish top tier, but have struggled to build on that achievement so far this term.
Levein’s side have won just one of their opening five league matches, while the decision to relieve the manager of his duties came following a run of four straight defeats, including to Rangers in the Scottish League Cup.

Former Hibernian player Ian Murray is the favourite to land the St Johnstone manager role following the departure of Craig Levein.
Also in the running for the role according to various news outlets is former Chelsea player and coach Jody Morris, who most recently spent four months in charge of League Two side Swindon Town, in what was his first managerial job.
Other potential candidates for the next St Johnstone manager job alongside Murray and Morris are Paul Sheerin, Rhys McCabe and David Martindale.
