Hartlepool United is set to search for a new manager following Darren Sarll's departure after a disappointing 15-game tenure.
Hartlepool United have made the decision to part ways with manager Darren Sarll after just 15 games.
Sarll's tenure began with promise, earning seven points in his first three matches, however, the season took a downturn, with a troubling stretch of six scoreless matches out of seven, compounded by disciplinary issues, including four red cards in the first ten games.
Sarll's final match resulted in a 3-1 defeat to Brackley in the FA Cup, ultimately leading to his dismissal.
With veteran Lennie Lawrence stepping in as interim manager, the club's board will now focus on appointing a permanent replacement.

Who is the favourite to be the next Hartlepool manager?
There are a number of names that could potentially replace Darren Sarll at Hartlepool including Chris Beech, Neal Ardley and Danny Searle.
Beech has been available since September this year after parting company with AFC Flyde.
The 50-year-old has experience in avoiding relegation in this division after steering AFC Flyde clear of the drop zone last season.
Neal Ardley is another name that is available to Hartlepool and could bring some much needed experience and stability to the side having coached the likes of AFC Wimbledon, Notts County and been involved at the academy level in Cardiff.
He has guided both Notts County and Solihull Moors to the National League play-off finals as well as steering AFC Wimbledon to promotion from Football League 2.
Finally, Danny Searle is another candidate who has experience avoiding relegation having steered Ebbsfleet from the relegation zone to a 19th-place finish in the 2023-24 season.
