Who is the favourite to win the Champions League final - PSG or Inter Milan?

Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain clash in the 2025 Champions League final in Munich.

The stage is set for the 2025 UEFA Champions League final as Inter Milan face off against Paris Saint-Germain at the Munich Football Arena tonight.

This year’s final marks a return to Munich for the first time since Chelsea’s dramatic triumph in 2012.

Inter arrive in Bavaria off the back of a strong European campaign, capped by a record-equalling 7-6 aggregate win over Barcelona in the semi-finals.

Simone Inzaghi’s men relied on their steely defensive discipline (most clean sheets in the competition) and reliable attacking players, with key performances from Lautaro Martínez (nine goals), Marcus Thuram, and Denzel Dumfries propelling the Nerazzurri to their first final since 2010.

Standing in their way is a resurgent Paris Saint-Germain, who booked their spot after seeing off Arsenal 3-1 on aggregate.

Under Luis Enrique, Paris have grown in maturity throughout the campaign, edging past Liverpool on penalties and surviving a late scare at Aston Villa.

With Achraf Hakimi starring and Gianluigi Donnarumma making crucial saves at key moments, the French side are now 90 minutes from history.

This is a final rich in storylines: it’s the first Champions League final for both managers, while Inter midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan could become the first player to win all three major UEFA club competitions with three different teams.

It’s also a chance for either club to end a long wait for European glory - Inter looking for a fourth crown, Paris still in pursuit of their first.

Who is the favourite to win the Champions League final?

PSG are the slight favourites at 5/4 (AKBets), but Inter’s price of 5/2 reflects how evenly balanced this clash is on paper.

Paris come into the final with momentum, having powered past Liverpool, Aston Villa and Arsenal, scoring the second most in the competition along the way.

Their fast paced, free-flowing attacking football has been a highlight of the compeition and their manager, Luis Enrique’s experience - having won this competitio with Barcelona in 2015 - could be the difference.

Inter Milan, meanwhile, have been formidable under Simone Inzaghi.

After cruising through the league phase with six wins and just one goal conceded, the Serie A runners-up navigated a tricky route to the final by knocking out Feyenoord, Bayern Munich, and Barcelona.

Their semi-final win over Barça was a thriller, showcasing the Italian sides ability to strike a balance between their trademark defensive discipline and attacking bravery.

Having reached the final two years ago, Inter have the experience that makes them a genuine threat to go one better this time.
