Where will Mo Salah move to next as we enter the January transfer window.
250 goals in 420 appearances for Liverpool. Mohamed Salah is no doubt one of the greatest Liverpool players of all time.
However, after a fiery interview following Liverpool's 3-3 draw with Leeds in early December, in which Salah spent his third consecutive game on the bench, his future at Anfield in under speculation.
He is as short as 5/4 with some bookmakers to make a move to Saudi in the January window.
Salah hasn't reached the heights of last season; he had 37 goal involvements in 26 appearances (Premier League and Champions League) heading into the new year for Liverpool last season but this campaign he's been involved in just nine in 19 PL and CL appearances.
In search of a solution, Arne Slot left the winger on the bench for Liverpool’s last four Premier League matches before he left for AFCON, against Brighton, Leeds, Sunderland, and West Ham.
Salah decided to speak out after the Leeds game, claiming his relationship with the new manager had “broken down”, that he had been “thrown under the bus”, and that “someone didn’t want him at the club”.
The Egyptian superstar is currently at the African Cup Of Nations.
Talking before he left he said: "I will be in Anfield to say goodbye to the fans and go the Africa cup. I don't know what is going to happen when I am there."

Who are the favourites to sign Mohamed Salah?
Saudi Arabia is the most likely destination (if he leaves Liverpool) for Mo Salah in January with 'Any Saudi Arabian Team 15/8 with Paddy Power in the Mohamed Salah Next Club Odds market on oddschecker. It is as short as 5/4 elsewhere.
Al-Ittihad and Al-Hilal will no doubt be circling as the situation unfolds at Liverpool especially considering the fact that Al-Ittihad had a £150 million bid rejected by Liverpool in 2023.
Which clubs could sign Mohamed Salah?
- Defending Saudi champions, Al-Ittihad (18/1), lodged a hefty £150 million bid for Salah in 2023 and with familar faces such as Fabinho along with Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante at the club, it could be a tempting proposition for Salah and Liverpool this time around.
- Record league winners Al Hilal (10/1) are the other Saudi club that look the most likely to sign Salah where he would link up with his former attacking partner, Darwin Nunez.
- Galatasaray, who recently beat Liverpool 1-0 in the Champions League are one of the European frontrunners at 9/1. Reports suggest an offer of around £15 million a year could be tabled if the Egyptian King was interested in a move to the Turkish side.
- Bayern Munich are 14/1. Having picked both Sadio Mane and Luis Diaz off the Reds in recent years, they could be interested in taking Mohamed Salah off their hands too.
- Inter Miami CF are the favourites in America (10/1) to sign Salah. Having just won the MLS Cup final on Saturday, David Beckham's side might just be looking for their next superstar to joing the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Sergio Busquets.
