We witnessed an instant Champions League classic on Wednesday night as Bayern Munich came from behind three times to beat Real Madrid 4-3 on the night (6-4 aggregate score).
That sent the German champions through to set up a mouthwatering semi-final tie against Paris Saint-Germain.
On the other side of the draw, Arsenal played out a near polar opposite quarter-final tie to the one in Munich, drawing 0-0 with Sporting Lisbon to seal a 1-0 aggregate victory for the North London side.
Mikel Arteta's team will now face Atletico Madrid over two legs for a place in the 2025/26 Champions League Final.
