Thomas Frank
Frank looks like the most proven Premier League-ready option near the top of the market. He spent seven years at Brentford, taking them from the Championship to the Premier League in 2021, before later moving to Tottenham. His brief Spurs spell ended badly, with Tottenham sacking him after just under eight months, but his Brentford work still makes him a strong stylistic fit for a club like Fulham. Glasner would be the ambitious appointment, with his Crystal Palace spell giving him one of the strongest recent CVs in the market. The Austrian confirmed he would leave Palace at the end of the season after previously leading them to their first major trophy with the FA Cup, while Palace later rounded off his reign with a Conference League triumph.
