Premier League Next Manager to be Sacked Odds 2025/26: Frank's Price Plummets

The 2025/26 Premier League sack race has already taken a few scalps this season, with the pressure mounting on a number of candidates.

The Premier League sack race is heating up, with pressure already mounting on several managers as we head into gameweek 23 of the season.

We have already seen the six managerial departures this season with Nuno Espirito Santo (Nottingham Forest), Graham Potter (West Ham), Ange Postecoglou (Nottingham Forest), Vitor Pereira (Wolves), Enzo Maresca (Chelsea), and Ruben Amorim (Man United) all leaving their respective posts.

Following Ruben Amorim's sacking from Man United on January 5th, West Ham boss, Nuno Espirito Santo and Tottenham's Thomas Frank have been battling it out at the top of the market in the Next Manger to Leave Their Post market.

Who is the favourite to be sacked next in the Premier League?

Heading the betting is Thomas Frank at 4/9 with William Hill as he struggles to get his Tottenham side a consitent run of results.

A loss to relegation candidates West Ham on the weekend has landed Frank in deep water. He is expected to take charge of their Champions League game against Dortmund next.

BBC Sport reports that at least one senior figure within the club’s executive team has raised the possibility of ending his reign.

Spurs sit 14th in the Premier League with just seven wins from 22 matches, have won only once in their last eight games, and are already out of both domestic cup competitions.

Supporter unrest has grown, with fans chanting “you’re getting sacked in the morning” during the West Ham loss.

West Ham's Nuno Espirito Santo is the second favourite.

After a disasterous loss to relegation rivals Nottingham Forest on gameweek 21 and Wolves on gamewek 20, pressure was mounting on Nuno but this weekend's 2-1 win against Tottenham has given him some breathing space.

That was the Hammers first league win in 11 games and has closed the gap to Nottingham Forest to 5 points.

The Hammers still sit in the relegation places, 18th in the league.

  • Thomas Frank -  Results are not going Frank's way - a loss to 18th West Ham could spell trouble.

  • Ruben Amorim - Sacked after controversial comments about his future and Man United's slide in form.

  • Nuno Espirito Santo: West Ham secured first win in 11 leafue matches but still sit in 18th place and five points from safety.

  • Scott Parker: Burnley secured a big point at Anfield

  • Sean Dyche - Nottingham Forest's constant changing of manager's and poor form this season puts Dyche on the hot seat. A massive point against Arsenal has helped.
